Emmet Halley – Partner
Emmet is the managing partner and head of the Litigation Department.
He qualified as a solicitor in 1977 and has amassed over 40 years of extensive experience in all aspects of litigation and dispute resolution.
In particular, Emmet specialises in personal injury cases and medical negligence claims.
He also advises on employment issues and employment-related disputes.
